In a bowl, combine lamb, mint, cumin, salt, and pepper. Form into four patties.

Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Over medium-high heat, cook burgers for 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and garlic. Add tomatoes, olives, and feta and stir to combine.

Place a burger in the pocket of each pita half and top with relish.
